Well back up all the new songs on a disk then….do a system restore (Start>ALL PROGRMS>ACCESSORIES>SYSSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE) to like two days ago and when the system is restored all the old music is back and you can load all the new music on….remember to load it in the target file where i tunes stores all its songs…ie.normally in mymusic>itunes…..

They recently released the new ipod touch (upgraded model from original). As to when they’re released there’s no set timeframe for upgrades, seems to be at Apple’s discretion. You can look at websites like macrumors.com they tend to hint about when the new models are coming out and what they might have in them for new features.

On average, Apple releases updates to their products every six or seven months approximately.
Of course that’s average. The Macbook Pro’s last update didn’t come until nine months after.
The Mac Mini’s average update is about six months, yet so far, they haven’t been updated for a good eight months so far.
It’s all inconsistent

The mac has a different filing system that all other computers. A mac hard drive is formated to ZFS. You will have to use an emulater to use windows software in a Mac.
